A puppy is only reserved after the family has selected an available puppy, completed any required approval steps, signed the Southeast Doodles puppy purchase agreement, and paid the required reservation amount.

Southeast Doodles Puppy Dream Fund Agreement
This Puppy Dream Fund Agreement is entered into between Southeast Doodles LLC and the purchaser participating in the Southeast Doodles Puppy Dream Fund.
1. Program Purpose
The Southeast Doodles Puppy Dream Fund allows customers to purchase prepaid credits that may later be applied toward an eligible Southeast Doodles puppy purchase.
This program is designed to help families prepare financially over time for a future puppy.
2. Not Credit, Financing, or a Loan
The Puppy Dream Fund is not a credit program, financing program, loan, lease-to-own program, or lending arrangement. Southeast Doodles does not extend credit through this program. No interest is charged. No credit check is required. No customer is obligated to continue purchasing credits.
3. No Puppy Reservation
Participation in the Puppy Dream Fund does not reserve or hold any specific puppy. Participation does not guarantee a puppy from any specific litter. Participation does not guarantee a particular breed, size, color, gender, coat type, temperament, generation, price, or availability date.
A puppy is only reserved after the customer selects an available puppy, is approved by Southeast Doodles, signs the applicable puppy purchase agreement, and pays the required reservation amount.
4. Credit Balance
Each Puppy Dream Fund purchase will be recorded as a credit balance in the customer's Southeast Doodles account. The credit balance may be applied toward an eligible Southeast Doodles puppy purchase. Southeast Doodles will maintain records of purchased credits, promotional credits, redeemed credits, refunds, and remaining balance.
5. No Expiration and No Dormancy Fees
Purchased Puppy Dream Fund credits do not expire. Southeast Doodles does not charge dormancy fees, inactivity fees, maintenance fees, or account fees on Puppy Dream Fund balances.
6. Refund Policy
Unused purchased Puppy Dream Fund credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, purchased credits become Southeast Doodles store credit and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Refunds, when approved, will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Payment processing fees charged to Southeast Doodles may be deducted from refunds where permitted.
7. Promotional Bonus Credits
Southeast Doodles may offer promotional bonus credits from time to time. Promotional bonus credits are not purchased funds. Promotional bonus credits have no cash value. Promotional bonus credits are not refundable. Promotional bonus credits may be removed, reduced, or reversed if the purchase that earned the bonus credit is refunded, disputed, charged back, reversed, or canceled.
8. Transfers
Puppy Dream Fund credits may be transferred to another person only with written approval from Southeast Doodles. Southeast Doodles may require the new recipient to complete the normal puppy application, approval process, and purchase agreement. Credits may not be sold, traded, auctioned, brokered, or exchanged for cash by the customer.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, or declined, Southeast Doodles may suspend the customer's Puppy Dream Fund account until the matter is resolved. Any credits connected to a reversed or disputed payment may be removed from the customer's account.
10. Final Puppy Purchase Agreement
The Puppy Dream Fund Agreement does not replace the Southeast Doodles puppy purchase agreement. When a customer selects an available puppy, the customer must sign the current Southeast Doodles puppy purchase agreement. The puppy purchase agreement will control the final sale, health warranty, go-home requirements, spay/neuter terms, rehoming terms, and any other puppy-specific terms.
11. Pricing
Puppy prices may vary by litter, breed, size, generation, training level, age, and other factors. Participation in the Puppy Dream Fund does not lock in a future puppy price unless Southeast Doodles states so in writing for a specific puppy.
12. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for reviewing all Puppy Dream Fund terms before purchasing credits. By purchasing Puppy Dream Fund credits, the customer confirms that they understand the program terms and agree to them.
13. Program Changes
Southeast Doodles may update, pause, or discontinue the Puppy Dream Fund program at any time. Any already-purchased credits will remain available for use according to the terms in effect at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
