The Double Doodle is a unique hybrid resulting from the crossing of a Goldendoodle and a Labradoodle. Often called the 'North American Retriever,' they inherit the absolute best traits of the Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, and Poodle.
Characteristics
Medium (40-60 lbs), Standard (60-80 lbs)
Wavy to curly; shedding and allergy responses vary. No dog is guaranteed hypoallergenic.
Friendly, highly intelligent, social, affectionate, eager to please
Moderate to high. Needs daily exercise and mental stimulation.
Excellent with children of all ages and other pets
Highly trainable. Excellent candidates for therapy or service work.
